About Us
The SEAWF was founded in June 2002. We operate exclusively on St. Eustatius, however we maintain and develop relationships with regional and world-wide animal welfare organizations.

The ultimate goal of the Foundation is to improve the well being of the animals on St. Eustatius and thereby the well being of the people of St. Eustatius. We try to achieve this by:
- Diminishing the number of unwanted puppies and kittens by offering spay and neuter services against a voluntary donation.
- Offering an educational program for ALL children on St. Eustatius.
- Diminishing the number of free roaming livestock and especially the number of free roaming cows, as the latter suffer the most from the dry climate.
- Motivating Statian people to join the AWF and promote our activities.

We are located on St. Eustatius in Concordia, just past the Fire Department and near the Airport. Our new building is behind the Agriculture Experimental Station building.
